3.8% Session Pale
Five Rivers is an easy drinking, highly flavorsome pale ale with an aroma which carries through to the finish from a combination of Fuggles, Willamette and Styrian Bobek hops.
3.8% Classic Best Bitter
Made using the finest English ingredients, Crucible Best is a complex bitter brewed with a blend of Maris Otter, crystal and black malts. A mixture of two bittering hops provides a perfect balance to this underrated, traditional style.
4.1% Dry & Hoppy Pale
Our flagship beer, Seven Hills is a crisp, dry and hop forward pale ale. Hopped with a mixture of American and German hops, Seven Hills has bags of citrus flavours and packs a bitter punch.
4.2% Blonde Ale
With a pump clip that takes inspiration from an original Blanco polish tin, made in the factory where The Sheffield Brewery Company now resides, this delicious continental blonde is brewed entirely from lager malt and delicately flavoured with aromatic Saaz hops from Czech Republic is blonde and beautiful.
4.4% English Porter
Described by acclaimed beer writer Roger Protz as being ‘darkly delicious’, Sheffield Porter is a classic, dark English porter. Made using a combination of dark malts and English hops, Sheffield Porter is enjoyed by many for it’s rich chocolate, malty and caramels flavours.
5.6% American IPA
Hold onto your beards because Razor Paste is our razor sharp American IPA, packed with enough tropical flavours to make moustaches curl.

Drawing design inspiration and names directly from the original polishes as made by Joseph Pickering & Sons, made here in rustic building where the brewery now resides, our new range of Finely Polished Beers embrace a variety of contemporary craft beer styles. Each month, we’re delivering a unique, limited edition beer, served in both cask and bottle.
Limited Edition Beers
Dolly Grinders 4.8% Red Rye
Named in honour of the women who worked in the mills of old – known as Dolly Grinders – this red rye ale is a beautiful ruby colour, with a hefty malty backbone. Available now in 9G casks down your local.
Get Thi’Sen Outdooerz 4.0% American Pale Ale
Our seasonal keg beer is still going strong, even as the nights start to pull in, but it won’t be around for much longer. Hopped with ample Mosaic, Ekuanot, Calypso and Magnum, this crisp, refreshing beer is a fabulous way to dust off those summer nights. Watch out for it in 30L kegs.
Bottled beer is also at the heart of The Sheffield Brewery Company. Watch out for further beers in the not-to-distant future. For now, he’s a range of beers available in local bottle shops, delis, restaurants, etc.
4.1% Dry & Hoppy Pale
Dry and hoppy, and beautifully crisp, Seven Hills is as magnificent as the scenery surrounding Sheffield. Hopped with a variety of German and American hops, Seven Hills is highly drinkable and utterly delightful.
4.3% Best Bitter
Millowner’s Ale was first brewed to mark the opening of Kelham Island Museum by the Duke of Gloucester in 2013. Since then, we’ve brewed this malty best bitter for the Millowner’s Arms, which celebrates Sheffield’s brewing heritage.
Taking its name from one of the many polishes made at the stunning Victorian factory where The Sheffield Brewery Company is situated, Brunswick Black is a malty, complex, porter style dark ale that will fire your irons.
