Core Range

	Continental lager style beer brewed entirely from lager malt and delicately flavored with aromatic Saaz hops from the Czech Republic	Blanco Blonde 4.2 % ABV
	Complex bitter brewed with a blend of pale, crystal and black malts. A mixture of two bittering hops provides a perfect balance.	Crucible Best 3.8 % ABV
	Easy drinking, straw colored, session ale. Hoppy aroma carries through to the finish from a combination of Fuggles and Goldings.	Five Rivers 3.8 % ABV
	This beautiful light hoppy best bitter was runner-up in its category at the Sheffield CAMRA Beer Festival (2008). A grapefruit aroma carries through to the finish.	Paradise Pale 4.1 % ABV
	Golden best bitter with an intense hoppy taste provided by a mixture of Challenger and Fuggles hops (2nd in its category at the Oakwood Real and Music Festival (2009)	Seven Hills 4.2 % ABV
	This is a recent favourite very popular amongst “Porter” enthusiasts. With its rich chocolaty, malty and caramel flavours it was described by acclaimed beer writer Roger Protz as “Darkly delicious”.	Sheffield Porter 4.4 % ABV
	A cracking easy drinking oatmeal stout, nicely balanced with a hoppy aroma from a combination of English Fuggles and Challenger hops.	Sheffield Stout 4.8 % ABV

Seasonal

	Dry, crisp, golden summer ale. Well-hopped with First Gold, an English hedgerow hop with a refreshing orange aroma.	Golden Frame 3.9 % ABV
	A powerful, malty, strong beer with an intense ruby colour. English Challenger hops provide the bitterness with Goldings in the finish.	Top Forge 4.7 % ABV
	Rich roast malts dominate this dark winter ale, named in honour of the statue of Vulcan on top of the town hall.	Vulcans View 4.1 % ABV
	Strong winter ale, pale in colour but deceptively strong for those cold winter evenings. English Challenger and Goldings provide a hoppy finish.	Winter Rose 5.4 % ABV

Special

	“1971” St Luke’s Master Cutler Challenge Ale - hand-crafted, golden-coloured premium ale is generously hopped with North American Chinook hops. It was specially commissioned by Monaghans to raise funds for St Luke’s hospice.	1971 4.1 % ABV
	Cask Conditioned Mild Contains Barley and Wheat. A dark ruby mild brewed with crystal and chocolate malts and lightly hopped with English Fuggles and Goldings. This brew was filmed as part of a degree show.	Art Jock 3.5 % ABV

	An amber colour premium ale generously hopped with North American Cascade hops. Brewed in honour of Norse god Thor from the Sheffield city coat of arms.	Thors Thunder 4.4 % ABV
